The Coalition for Innovative Lab Testing, formed in January 2021, is an alliance of clinical labs, entrepreneurs, scientists, healthcare providers, and concerned citizens who oppose Congressional legislation to require FDA pre-approval for new laboratory tests. We believe that existing federal and state CLIA regulations provide the proper foundation for ensuring accurate, reliable and innovative laboratory tests.
